Who is responsible

This site belongs to Tanmay Bakshi. He is the person responsible for the information collected through it. It is built and maintained on his behalf by myBloom.

What the enquiry form collects

The speaking enquiry form asks for four things: your name, your organisation, your email address and your event date, plus a short description of the event and the audience.

Those details are used to answer your enquiry, which means checking availability and replying to you about the event. They are not used for anything else, they are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone who is not involved in answering you.

What this site does not do

• It sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising pixel.
• It runs no analytics and does not build a profile of you as you browse.
• It takes no payment and asks for no payment details.
• It has no accounts, so there is nothing to log in to and no password to store.

Talk pages link out to YouTube and to ted.com, and the footer links to LinkedIn, X, Instagram and publisher pages. Those are other companies' sites with their own privacy practices, and nothing on this page covers what they do once you arrive.

How long enquiries are kept

Enquiries are kept while they are live, and afterwards as a record of who has asked and what was agreed. If you would like yours deleted, ask and it will be.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request through the enquiry form and it will be handled.
